List and Description of fitness classes offered at Primal ReBOUND:
Primal: (HIIT On the Tramp) : a 35 minute High Interval Intensity Training (HIIT) workout on the high quality ReboundAIR trampoline. The only cellular workout the detoxes the body while at the same time building every system of the body: (endocrine, skeletal, nervous, muscular, nervous) while blasting fat and cellulite, increases metabolism(V02Max), builds muscles, stimulates HGH, is Autography (antiaging).
This 35-minute HIIT class involves 25 minutes of HIIT, 10 minutes of floor work: Arms, Squats and Planks.
HIIT on the Tramp meets Bike: Love the idea of getting all the health and fitness benefits of the ReBound Air Tramp but won’t give up the bike? This fitness program is for you! A 35 Minute HIIT workout that splits half the program on the tramp then utilizes the bike for the other half. This 35-minute class involves 25 minutes of HIIT, 10 minutes of floor work: Arms, Squats and Planks.
Hatha: great for beginners because of its structure and postures. You’re not going to get a vigorous workout—instead, gentle movements and poses will help create long muscles and loosen you up. It typically focuses on three aspects: breathing, meditation, and postures. While many beginners are attracted to Hatha yoga for its easier moves and slower pace, it can be a good fit for all fitness levels because of the relaxation and loosening of your muscles and can be an effective way to relax after a busy or stressful day.
Vinyasa: Anyone who enjoys yoga poses that flow from one to the other would enjoy Vinyasa yoga. It’s filled with a variety of poses that will get you sweating with intense, fluid movements (or flow). One of the best things about Vinyasa yoga is how different each class can be—there isn’t a set number of poses that you’ll do during each class, making it appealing to people who don’t like doing repetitive routines or who are easily bored. Vinyasa yoga works well for beginner yogis, but also for those with an advanced skill level
Mommy and Me – A great way to introduce Yoga to your child! A fun interactive class designed for to teach simple yoga poses to your child as well as imagery and light meditation. A class that will benefit your child for a lifetime of Centeredness and Mind over Matter!
Les Mills Body Flow – Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.
Les Mills Body Combat -is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories** in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.
Les Mills Sprint (Coming soon!) – is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation come from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results.
Other Custom Classes:
Body Bang By Rob – A High Intensity class combining Cycling, Body-weight exercises, and Dumbbells to strengthen, sculpt, tone and Burn that stubborn fat away. All this and it will be set to your favorite Music.
