As a Wellness professional, I designed a Fitness training program (any level of fitness) that Powerfully: detoxes the body, slims, tones and builds muscle and builds bones.  A fitness program that Increases: V02 Max (metabolism), stamina and endurance. According to many Holistic health professionals this is the most beneficial exercise in all manner of disease problems – Why?  It’s the most effective way to cleanse the lymph system.  The Lymph system is the “Garbage Collector” a clean lymph system is essential in healing, preventing illness and detoxing the body.  Most beneficial exercise that powerfully circulates the lymphatic fluid of the body – acts as garbage collectors – by emptying the garbage from the body.  Imagine if your community garbage collectors went on strike – how long could you store garbage.

Metabolism

Most effective exercise that destroys dysfunctional mitochondria while stimulating healthy mitochondria (the cells power house to become even stronger).  Stronger mitochondria allow for greater O2 consumption allows for a higher metabolism!

Autophagy (Anti-Aging)
Most effective exercise to stimulate AMPK production Autophagy. (Body renew itself by self-eating old, unhealthy cells then creating new healthy cells).  Autophagy destroys foreign invaders: viruses, bacteria and pathogen, detoxes cells, slows down aging process protects body of Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.

Whole Body and 3 Forces

Only exercise – besides jumping rope (jarring to joints) that expands and contracts cells 200,000 times in 30 minutes. Only exercise that uses all three forces:  Acceleration, deceleration and gravity.   This is called Stacking of Forces:  Acceleration – upward – top of bounce- cells contract; deceleration downward bounce – bottom of bounce- cells contract all this happens between 2G-4G ( 2-4 times your body weight).

Low Impact

Trillion of cells in your body get the most exertion from the force flux.
